Marc Kent Interview

Our first released video interview for the blog is with Marc Kent of Boekenhotskloof in Franschhoek, South Africa. Marc talks about the winery, the history and what motivates him and his team to make wines that taste great “even in the second half of the bottle”.

Boekenhoutskloof

The first settlers in Franschhoek around the late 1600’s must have known something about the soils and terroir as the location makes great wines and there is a french feel to the area. We visited Boekenhoutskloof and had a great interview with Marc Kent in their tasting room which overlooks green vineyards and mountains. Our favourite wine was The Chocolate Block 2014 vintage.
